Even though I was presented with a design, what I didn’t know was that a matching backboard wasn’t included in the price, nor was it disclosed that it would be an up-charge. Since I wasn’t there during and after the installation, I was dumbfounded by the exposed walls. His installer left fingerprints on the chrome bars which were cleaned up the following day. Since I broke the cardinal rule of don’t pay 100% before the end installation, this one is on me. Also, Don’t always trust a 100%, 5-star reviews. They had a backpack with all the tools needed for this type of project. They stayed with the job until the swing was completely assembled and located on the patio where we wanted it.
