I had no idea what all this entailed, but he did. He came and measured, gave me options, and offered guidance. The results are beyond what I hoped for. The owner, Alex, was onsite each of the 3 days as they prepared the yard by grinding the stump, removing the old grass, grading the yard, adding new top soil, then sod, adjusting sprinkler heads and valve boxes then finally rolling the yard. Our neighbors have commented on how beautiful it looks. Alex also installed and programmed a new sprinkler control unit to ensure that the new sod receives the required watering.
