This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis."

There was always something they would miss and we never felt like the cleaners were very well versed in carpet cleaning. When Brandon came the first time to clean, he was professional, verified with us the rooms we wanted cleaned, and then he took the time to explain the process and made sure there were NO SURPRISES! We love that kind of preliminary customer service. There is no one else we will call to clean our carpets. When he is done cleaning, the drying time is less than a day for us.
