Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. Besides the cosmetic issue, we felt this subsidence was also a tripping hazard. After researching online and using Angi, I found GROUNDWORKS (formerly FSS: Foundation Support Specialists) who came out to give an estimate. Ricardo showed up on time with advanced warning of his ETA. He was thorough and left me with a color-coded bid. Some of the driveway and sidewalk leading to the front door were going to be lifted, and some parts stabilized using the foam injection method. Even though I received bids from 2 other companies, I chose GROUNDWORKS for their 5-year warranty and mid-level pricing. All companies were 4.5 stars or higher on both Google and Angi. On the job day, they arrived on time. The job was completed in about 2 hours. I am very happy with the results."
