"I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. "Sam was on time for our appointment. We discussed the scope of work which follows. Removed approximately 1 1/2" to 2" of soil, graded yard toward street installed sprinkler spread and racked out top soil, planted 4 citrus trees and laid down sod. From start to finish the crew was extremely professional and careful of the plants we wanted to keep. We asked them to put down a boarder of rock between the foundation and the new sod which they contained with a composite 1x4. When thy had finished the sod one of the crew showed me how to use the controller and then set it up for the new sod. They also explained care and how long to wait before cutting and cleaned up.
