"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. Removed approximately 1 1/2" to 2" of soil, graded yard toward street installed sprinkler spread and racked out top soil, planted 4 citrus trees and laid down sod. From start to finish the crew was extremely professional and careful of the plants we wanted to keep. We asked them to put down a boarder of rock between the foundation and the new sod which they contained with a composite 1x4. When thy had finished the sod one of the crew showed me how to use the controller and then set it up for the new sod. They also explained care and how long to wait before cutting and cleaned up.
