"Luis and his team have done an excellent job maintaining the yard during the winter. The communication and level of service has been great. I will continue working with them in the upcoming seasons and would definitely consider for other yard landscaping projects going forward."

"Daniel was very responsive to my request and contacted me on the same day I made the request. He came out to look at my front yard. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. His team did the lead removal this morning. They were finished very quickly, and there wasn’t one leaf—no exaggeration—not one leaf left on the ground. I don’t know how they did it so quickly, quietly, or efficiently! That oak tree seems to lose a ton of leaves every day. I highly recommend this company."

"Sergio was fantastic and very friendly to work with. Very skilled in what he does. My front foundation bed looks incredible now. He removed a ton of overgrown grass, replaced the edging, laid down an anti week cloth, planted three bushes, and filled it in with great looking black pebbles. I'd highly recommend him for anyone looking for landscape work."

"Epic Lawn Service evaluated my fixes: removed the 7ft. stump of a 90 year oak tree, filled in the hole and smoothed the earth to match the yard around it, repaired 30 ft. of chain link fence, raked up leaves scattered around the house and on the roof. Epic Lawn finished the job on time and with care. Terrific Team!"

Small jobs welcome

"Decided to take a chance on this new company to remove kitchen appliances that were taking up space in my garage. This is a veteran owned, second generation enlisted Navy business. The prices were fair and the service prompt. Aaron picked up the items and took them to their donation destination. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs moving or removal services."

"Cooper Rush from S&R did the pickup of trash that we had. He was prompt, courteous, cleaned everything up when he was done. His price was very fair. If I could give him a 10 I would. Will definately call him again and recommend him to others."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.

Disposing of old paint, bleach, oil, and fertilizer should be handled by a company that specializes in this kind of waste. Many private junk removal companies do not dispose of these items. Because these materials are hazardous to the environment and dangerous to handle or dispose of improperly, you should confirm with your local municipality about places to take hazardous materials for safe disposal.

Lead removal is crucial in older homes to eliminate risks of lead poisoning, which can severely affect health, particularly in children, by impacting development and cognitive functions.

You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .
