"He could have done a better job clearing out the roots of weeds and plants we asked him to remove. He did not level the areas he cleaned up and just covered them with cut up trash bags as a a weed blocker. Left very heavy bags of weeds/dirt for city trash pick up. One I had to re-bag into 3 bags. Couldnt lift it... but, they worked long and hard and were worth the money. Just needed a bit more supervision from the client."

They also put in a rocks garden. They are bringing in river stones for my garden and they are putting river rocks alone my backyard fence. "Epic Lawn Service evaluated my fixes: removed the 7ft. stump of a 90 year oak tree, filled in the hole and smoothed the earth to match the yard around it, repaired 30 ft. of chain link fence, raked up leaves scattered around the house and on the roof. Epic Lawn finished the job on time and with care. Terrific Team!"

Small jobs welcome

"Decided to take a chance on this new company to remove kitchen appliances that were taking up space in my garage. This is a veteran owned, second generation enlisted Navy business. The prices were fair and the service prompt. Aaron picked up the items and took them to their donation destination. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs moving or removal services."

Customers say: Quick response

"Cooper Rush from S&R did the pickup of trash that we had. He was prompt, courteous, cleaned everything up when he was done. His price was very fair. If I could give him a 10 I would. Will definately call him again and recommend him to others."

"JC Junk Removal recently dismantled and hauled away our backyard play equipment. They were professional, ahead of schedule, and clear in communication. It’s rare to find young men who are polite and hard working - they hit the mark! I highly recommend them and would happily utilize their services again."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Disposing of old paint, bleach, oil, and fertilizer should be handled by a company that specializes in this kind of waste. Many private junk removal companies do not dispose of these items. Because these materials are hazardous to the environment and dangerous to handle or dispose of improperly, you should confirm with your local municipality about places to take hazardous materials for safe disposal.

Follow recommendations for removal or remediation to ensure a safe living environment.

Professionals are trained in identifying hazardous materials and utilize industry-approved methods for safe handling and disposal. They adhere to regulatory frameworks to protect health and the environment, ensuring all materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
