"The representative was very knowledgable about the scope of work. I called him for the replacement of the attic insulation due for rats. I had pest control guy tell me my attic insulation had to be replaced. The rep, Guy, told me that wasn't what I needed. He told me that replacement the attic insulation would not solve my rats.
