He installed a new pool pump. The part leaked but he made it right. I would recommend them highly and use them again.
We have home warranty that required different provider to replace the pump. However, the professional manner of interacting with use on weekly basis is at highest level of performance. We continue to utilize their services.

POOL ENVIRONMENTS INCThe first repair did not work. They had to come back out and totally replace the pump motor. Should they have known if they needed to replace a new one? I do not know. The standard is that they were to replace a part. If that did not work, they were to come back out.

Minus three stars for charging me $680 for one hour of labor and maybe $50 in material. $125 service call, $25 valve marked up to $340, another $200 for one hour labor (they were there one hour total). Shame on me for being in between meetings and letting them screw me over. I won’t make that mistake again."

"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"
