Dylan at 911 Locksmith and Security is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional with locks and security. I wanted to replace key locks with keyless entry on three doors. I also needed to match hardware to fit my personal taste. Dylan came on time for my appointment, and was prepared with everything needed for the job. After he started the work, I asked if I could add a door lock that I had neglected to include, and Dylan had no problem making a quick run to the warehouse to pick up what I wanted, and had all three of my doors finished and secure in one afternoon. "Based on the work that was done at my home between April 17, 2025 and April 21, 2025, I strongly recommend Jopat General Contracting (JPC) and in particular John Oke . JPC is based in Aubrey Texas (940–202–0103) and John is one of the three co-owners. I discovered JPC through a search on Angi. I wanted a recommendation for help in the next two days. John replaced three burned out LED light fixtures in our kitchen ceiling. Intricate wiring had to be sorted out and prepped before new LED light fixtures could be wired in. We also had multiple problems in our master bathroom requiring a diagnosis and replacement of a malfunctioning shower head and tub faucet. We also needed shelves for a corner of that bathroom. John showed up on time on three occasions and kept us informed with texts and verbal explanations. He had to make multiple trips to a Home Depot in Roanoke for needed supplies because of problems he discovered. There was no additional charge for those trips beyond the original estimate. I doubt he anticipated that multiple trips for supplies would be needed but he never tried to assess an additional charge. I've gone into this detail to explain why I feel like strongly recommending John and JPC. "I gave one of managers at HHI my punch list of items to be fixed. It included almost every spectrum of work except HVAC and plumbing. The manager actually BID the job, instead of quoting a price per the hour. This was extremely refreshing as I knew from the get go that ALL the work would be completed and there was no question of how much. I thought the amount agreed upon was fair. Two techs showed up to my house, on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and they quickly went to work, knocking out the easier items first and the buckling down on the more difficult. They finished all the work in a good amount of time and best of all, it was all done correctly and professionally. If you are in need of a handyman service, don't be alarmed by the lack of cost per hour listed.
