Mike showed up on time. He is very efficient and did a superb job on replacing the Polaris pump, the pool timers, and filter grids. He explained the work done and made recommendations on additional tuneup work that I can perform. I highly recommend Pool Tech for any pool equipment repair work! WELL DONE!!!

Both Tom and Mike are very knowledgeable and I appreciate how they get right to work and complete what has to be done. Highly recommend.

Recently, the filter was cleaned and Mike gave good service. Debra, 'remembers' dates when precautionary services such as filter cleaning is necessary and calls to schedule a visit. Overall excellent service, good customer care and prompt response from Pool Tech! Cost of service does not 'break the bank'. Have been together for over 10 years. Highly recommend Tom and his team.

Pool Tech was recommended to me by my pool supply company ([*** Link removed ***] I contacted them by phone and sent pictures of my current plumbing and promptly received a very fair estimate for the work from their office manager/scheduler (Debra Mericle). Josh came out promptly the following week to do the work and did a great job, including relocating the pump in a much more convenient and accessible location. Upon completion of the installation, he took time to go over how to program pump operation and get me set up with the optimal high and low speed schedules.

Technician arrived on time and was very efficient in changing the timer.

The services performed went well. No leaks were detected. The only issue was the techs' attention to detail. After removing the caps to our pool's jets to add plugs for testing, several were not re-installed correctly. One went missing and now we have a hole without a cap on one of our jets. The caps do not pose a risk to the pool's operation so we did not attempt to call the tech back afterwards. Overall, the service was performed as promised, but the technician was difficult to communicate with. With that being said, they were punctual and the pricing was on par with other companies.

Recommended by One Stop Pool Supply for pool timer replacement. I couldn't be happier. I will sign these guys up for pool service.

Pooltech provided a quote over the phone, that included labor and they were clear that parts would be separate, but not significant.  We first had them replace the filter one month, as the old filter had a crack and had to be immediately replaced.  They came in, replaced all the appropriate plumbing, multi-valve, and did an outstanding job.  The provided instruction on the new filter, and made sure to clean everything up.  They also came back a month later and installed a new pump that I bought online, and again did an outstanding job.  The new pump I bought was fairly complicated (built-in timer, variable speeds, etc.) and they also provide a brief overview of the pump.  I will be replacing another pump this coming summer for a water feature and will definitely be calling them for service.

I thought these guys did a good job and at a much better price than Robertson pool.  I saved $1000.

I had a horrible experience with Pool Tech.  I had them come out for a routine filter clean.  The technician stated I needed to replace ALL 8 of my grids.  ( I have done most of my own filter cleans for 11 years and had replaced 2 of them 6 months earlier).  I disagreed with the Tech regarding the state of most of my grids. I told him there was one he could go ahead and replace.   After he put it all back together DE was pouring into my pool.  It became so cloudy I couldn't even see the polaris at the bottom of the pool.   After 4 days of dealing with the tech and a VERY argumentative owner, I told them to go ahead and replace all the grids  if that is what it took to restore my pool to the way it looked previously.  I was ready for them to be gone!   AFTER the tech replaced all 8 of the grids, he told me that when he opened the filter back up that the long metal pole that normally attaches to the bottom of the filter to keep the grids in place, was completely loose.  THAT WAS THE PROBLEM!!   I got my old grids back from Pool Tech, I asked another pool company to look them over and tell me if they needed to be replaced.  I was told that some were showing signs of wear but not to the point of replacing them yet.  WHAT A RIP OFF, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH POOL TECH!
