Had a clogged sink that was also part of the AC line. Came out and fixed it right away.

Roto-Rooter did an great job. They sent out a man named Juan who was super friendly and did a thorough job of clearing the clog we had in our kitchen sink. Ill definitely be contacting them next time I need a plumber

Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!

This company charges lot of hidden charges that they are telling upfront . They have good plumbing and leak detection people . But their billing is very bad . They charged so much for water restoration even though there was no work needed for water restoration

They did a good job. But over pricy, more than twice. Job to replace pipes under the kitchen sink is $430.00. I went with it because I had to get it done. A quote to replace kitchen faucet is $527. Lowes provides faucet replacement charge of about $225. Definitely, not the worth the money.

All three toilets in my house became backed up at 5pm on a Friday. Roto Rooter was the only plumber who could come out. The plumber who came out did clear the line through the ground level clean-out. I was charged double what I had previously paid another plumber for the same service. Then he veered into the purely creepy by texting me, while sitting on my sofa staring me in the face, that he had something to tell me about my drains but I needed to call him after my housekeeper left for him to tell me. He continued to refuse to discuss it despite my saying it didn't matter that my housekeeper was there. He then told me that he wanted to send someone out with a camera to better inspect the line. He said someone would be out at 9am Saturday morning, and that I didn't need to be home. I never heard anything more until more than a week later, when I got a call from "Roto Rooter Dispatch" wanting to schedule the inspection that was supposed to have already happened. So we scheduled it between 1 and 4 today. Since I was told that I did indeed need to be home, I canceled an appointment and stayed home all afternoon. No one ever showed up, nor did anyone call. I appreciate that someone could get my toilets functioning on a late Friday afternoon. Beyond that these people are a total disaster and should be avoided.

We called roto rooter out for a plumbing job, snaking a toilet, last Sunday. They let us know that they needed to get someone out who could scope it and would contact us the following day, and that the charge wouldn't be put through on the card until the next person finished the scope. No one called the next day and by 3pm we called to find out what was up and they scheduled an appt for the next day between 9-11. They also went ahead and just put that charge through on our card. Next day rolls around, no call/no show by the plumber. We finally called out of frustration to "cancel" this appointment nobody bothered to show for, and called another company. We also requested a supervisor get back to us and again, nothing. We paid 300 bucks for absolutely nothing.

They showed up on time walked through area to determine what was wrong. He discussed what he needed to do to repair the leak and gave a very fair estimate $698. After the repair was fixed he adjusted the price down to under $500 because the line was easier to access and repair than he originally thought.

The service provided was excellent. Came out detected a leak and gave me quote. Found and repaired the leak and charged the proposed amount. Pretty straightforward. Great service.

Overall good service. They were first call me back in 15 min while I sent a quote on Sunday morning. The estimation was provided on the same day after 2 hours. Because of weekend extra $75.00 charge we decided to switch to the next day at 12 noon. The plumber was late for 1.30 hour, no calls or excuse were received from his side. The job completed fast and perfect. No coupon discount was accepted.

Roto Rooter sent out two different team. First team is to inspect whether there was wall damage. Dustin did thermal image and found no wall damage and told us that he did not think there was any leak at an area inspector pointed out. Then plumber, Antolin, came out and did thorough check up and found no leak. Roto Rooter don't charge for an estimate of work. So since we did not have leak to fix, we did not have to pay. They are honest company. We actually had Clockwise plumbing, sent from my home warranty (Choice) came out before Roto Rooter. Clockwise plumber said he could not see evidence of leak from the surface (did not do any testing but just looked at the area), he got permission from Choice warranty to cut the wall to see if he could identify any leak from inside. We did not like this idea even if our warranty would pay for it. So we decided to look for second opinion. Then we found Roto Rooter from Angies' list and asked them to help us. Roto Rooter was very pleasant when I called for the service, explained steps, and was courteous and fast in response. What I found out about contractors who are sent from your warranty company is that they most of the time tell you that you need this and that and charge you more. If warranty company does not cover the parts the contractor tells them, then you are to pay the contractor the price they quote. I always had to look for second opinion and found my own hire of the company charges less and tells me different diagnosis. So I know now that when my warranty contract is over, I am not going to get any more of home warranty. It is much better to find good rated specialty services from Angies' list for the work you need. Thank you Dustin and Antolin from Roto Rooter for your excellent and honest service. We will definitely call you guys if we need anything to be done for plumbing.
