He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days. Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! While he was here he gave us information about other services that they do such as tile cleaning and recaulking and duct cleaning. We plan to have them do both! Great experience all around! There was always something they would miss and we never felt like the cleaners were very well versed in carpet cleaning. When Brandon came the first time to clean, he was professional, verified with us the rooms we wanted cleaned, and then he took the time to explain the process and made sure there were NO SURPRISES! We love that kind of preliminary customer service. There is no one else we will call to clean our carpets. When he is done cleaning, the drying time is less than a day for us.
