Get matched with top floor sanding pros in Plano, TX

"After researching many companies and getting many estimates, I decided to go with Floor Covering International. I have had a very bad experience last year with a contractor that was highly recommended by my real estate agent, so I was really afraid and even doubting my abilities to choose a contractor properly. I am extremely picky (I call it *selective* or I prefer to think I just have *very high standards*). I have a new home (1-year old) and I was trying to match wood floors to my existing floors, without looking like it was an after thought. Ben and Ryan were super nice, professional and responsive since the very first interaction. Any time I emailed him, he replied the same day with a phone call, to clarify all my doubts and make sure things were going to be done to my liking. The crew came at the agreed day/time: Gabriel, Franco, Santiago and Jesus. OMG they did an OUTSTANDING job! They removed the trim, installed the hardwood floors, put the trim back and painted the trim. I was very concerned about how they would paint the trim (I know they are not painters, they are a floor company). But actually the trim job looked even better than the original job done by the builders. One of the pieces got damaged when they removed it, which they said it may happen, but they replaced that piece with a new piece. Both rooms they did look spectacular, the transition from the existing floors is perfect, I cannot even tell exactly where the transition happens. They matched it perfectly for me. They also installed wood paneling in my power room for an accent wall. It looks super amazing. They kept me informed at all times of their schedule, and the crew worked very late, with my permission, to finish the project soon for me. I tried to tip and they refused. *Just doing my job* they said. :) OMG this was the best experience ever, and also the best investment in years. I am so happy! I am doing another bedroom next year, have no doubt I will call them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"Gerson and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They accommodated my schedule and timeline and did amazing work even during a global pandemic. I would hire these guys to do any job they can handle in the future without giving it a second thought. He worked with me on pricing and the final result was incredible, especially considering it was a particularly difficult sand, stain, and refinish of a stranded bamboo flooring. The work was done very cleanly and looked gorgeous. Highly recommend, look no further than these guys."

"Alan Boden was very easy to work with. He assessed our problem and offered options. We chose the one that we actually hadn't thought about. His crew did an excellent job of removing the wooden flooring; installing the tiles; and addressed all our concerns. We wish all the contractors we have dealt with were as professional, efficient and effective as Footprints Floors."

"Service was great from consultation to install! Very competitive quote! Floor looks amazing! Would recommend and will use for future flooring projects!"

"I highly recommend MP Carpet & Flooring. After struggling for over a month to find a contractor to install flooring on my 1st floor PM Eduardo contacted me and was able to move swiftly. From initial contact to coming over for an estimate and providing a detailed estimate was done all within 72 hours. The pricing was excellent, craftsmanship amazing, the workers were nice, diligent cleaned up at the end of the day and very courteous. I was so impressed that I not only had my 1st floor flooring installed but my 2nd floor and had them install new oak stairs my kitchen backsplash. All projects were completed within less than 2 weeks. There are so many companies taking advantage of people and MP flooring was very honest even sending multiple estimates. My experience was so pleasant that I've told all my friends to reach out to them for any projects they may have."

"Juan and his team did an amazing job. They installed hardwood floors in my master and layered them into our pre-existing hardwood floors. Not only did they do an amazing job on the brand new floors, but blended it perfectly. They also refinished the existing floors and even fixed spots with prior water damage. They were quick, professional and my floors look amazing! So thankful to Juan and his team."

"Renters in my home for only 5 months destroyed my brand new wood floors. 😱Footprint floors were able to sand and restrain the floors to look like new. Thank you!"
