Our upper floor was squeaking, and Jose and team didn’t just replace the subfloor plywood, they anchored the rafters and Sheetrock. Working tirelessly until the squeaks were completely gone! His team was respectful and helped move the furniture as well! Thank you, we sleep so much better now!

Jose Coria did a horrible job. He could not fix it and left us with a cement floor. He no longer answers his phone or email! How does someone like him get so many good reviews??? Some kind of scam going on...

Jose did amazing job with communicating throughout the entire process. Erick worked a miracle on my flooring repair project. He replaced the damaged planks and did the best post-clean up job I've ever seen a repairman do. I highly recommend this flooring company. Thank you Jose & Erick!

Our parka flooring was a wreck! at least 17 years of neglect! All my husband can say is OH!! WE SHOULD have done this years ago! My embarrassing floor is now my prized possession!! Jose and his team did a FABULOUS job! we even got a pet stain, from my little old dog, while they were in the process of staining and polyurethaning the floors. They immediately came to the rescue and “fixed” the stain! it’s completely gone as is 99.9% of the really bad stains!! It’s true! we should have done this years ago! Jose even matched exactly the color of my other hardwood floors in our home!!! I’m thrilled at the results! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jose, and your fabulous team of workers! ( very knowledgeable about the 1950’s wood floors!) So glad that Home Advisors gave me your number, and thank you for working a weekend and a holiday to finish our floors!! They repair a small area of the wood next to the dishwasher that was water damaged. They replaced 5 boards, when they were done my wife and daughters could not tell which boards were replaced. I was extremely please with the entire process, they were on time for the estimate and repair. The cost was very reasonable to repair a small area, especially the workmanship of the repair.

I needed the sub floor fixed. It was soft from water damage. The tiles on top had cracked as a result. I had a personal emergency (not related to the floor) and they were able to complete the job asap (in 1 day). I feel that they understood my urgency.

Would def hire his company if i need work or recommend it to somebody.
