During the installation of the baseboards, a water pipe was hit and flooded the room. The company said their insurance will cover the damage. Well, they ended up blaming me and my husband for the issue and would not replace the water damage to the door frame. Saying it was our fault that the rug had to be removed. They wanted to use our left over materials to fix the issues instead of letting their insurance cover the material that was needed. They told us that they would not install the flooring without letting us know if we needed to level. We had to call them because we noticed that they had already started installing the hardwood flooring without confirming with us. We were told that everything was good. Well, it turned out that was not the case. The flooring did need leveling and now you can see gaps between the baseboard and the floor. When I asked why they did not say anything, the project manager said it was going to cost a lot of money. That was not his decision to make. After sounding off on him, they agreed to install quarter rounds since it was there mistake and they had already laid down the flooring. They only installed the quarter rounds thru certain parts of the house - not the whole house. I still have gaps in all the rooms (again it is my decision if I want to pay to have the house leveled or not, not their decision! When they installed the baseboards and quarter rounds, they did not caulk, there were gaps all over the place. I had them come back out and he only fixed a few areas and did not go over every room where baseboards and quarter rounds were installed like I asked. I now need to hire someone to to come out and finish the work. The owner did not want to talk to us directly about the issues, instead we had to communicate with the project manager who blamed us for all the issues (keep in mind, it was his guy who punctured the pipe and flooded the room, who installed the flooring with out confirming with us if we wanted to level the floors). Do not use these folks and I will be seeing them in court.

When the project started they were prompt everyday, thorough in their work, and meticulous with the details. They even followed up a few days after to make sure everything was okay. From start to finish the entire team was courteous, responsive, and professional. I definitely will be using them for the remainder of my house.
