Everything from the demolition of the existing house to the finishing touches on the new build were included in the scope of work. We selected Greg because he presented his bid as requested and fully communicated the roles and responsibilities of all involved parties. His bidding was straightforward and offered transparency on costs. Communication was prompt and he worked with us on re-bids as the scope of work changed. Once selected, Greg assisted with reviewing of our plans and identified potential issues prior to starting work. From there, he managed the entire process while getting our input as necessary with proper lead time to not impact the overall schedule. The B&W crews and subcontractors were all stand-up people who were trustworthy and delivered the expected quality of work. When challenges came up, they were communicated and solutions were offered to keep everything progressing. At no point did we have concerns we were being misled. The house same together quickly and without and major hold-ups, which is a challenge in a fully custom build. The quality of the build and the craftsmanship were excellent. Schedule variance was minimal and the projected duration was within the quoted window. I have recommended Greg to friends and family and will use him again should the need arise. Greg will be dedicated to your project and treat your house like it is his own."

Everything came out beautifully and the bathroom design looks great thanks to the creative eye of my project manager. We completely gutted it and moved things around. It really does look great! "In brief, Dave Summers and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional and first class in every respect- excellent communicators, up front in terms of laying out cost info, performing work on schedule, cleaned up thoroughly etc. I also felt their work was reasonably priced and there were no surprises. I heard about them because they did a remodeling job for my Niece who was equally impressed with their work and highly recommended them. Just sorry you don’t have an A+ category because I feel they deserved it."

"My kitchen cabinet was damaged by the dishwasher leak and the water remediation company had to get rid of the kitchen cabinet and took out the sheetrock behind the cabinet. Robert is a professional guy and he has been in the cabinet business for over 20 years. He bought the new insulation, new sheetrock and wood planks. He put the insulation and sheetrock back on and he made the cabinet from wood planks. The new cabinet matches the existing cabinets in the kitchen. He also painted the wall and so I could not see the sign of the cabinets being repaired. In all, I highly recommend oncall service."

"Brandon at Harrison Construction was exactly what I needed: a single point of contact for a scope of work that was going to require a bunch of different trades over a series of days.  I don't have the time to deal with the subcontractors, to be back and forth for estimates, or to be at the house while the work is being performed.  He took all the hassle off my shoulders, but kept me fully informed, and didn't bid low just to get the work and then push the price back up with change orders.  Brandon has deep experience building homes for a big builder so there probably isn't much he hasn't seen or done when it comes to construction and remodeling.  He is clearly in this for the long haul, so he puts a premium on integrity.
The other thing i really appreciate about Brandon is his loyalty to his "go-to" subs and the professional way he interacts with them.  I only saw most of the guys on various crews once, but each of the guys was courteous, hard-working, and seemed determined to do a good job for Brandon.
