The area manager, Nathan Contello, and his crew were very helpful and accommodating in helping me resolve and fix the issue before installing the new roof. "Quality workmanship. Roofing crew paid attention to their work and it did not appear that they tried to short-cut the work. I watched a few times over three days and they never put in less than 6 nails/shingle. Another sign of quality work is when I saw a new shingle get tossed because of a small tear(probably from handling). Worker could have used the bad shingle and I would never have known. My only complaint is that workers could have done a better job protecting flowers and plants. Vance Boyer addressed the problem with crew."
