When they said they would here at a specific time they were on time. If I had a question they answered my call promptly. Every employee that came to my home was nice and extremely polite. "The only reason for a slight markdown on customer service is Victor came a day later than he originally planned because he was in a busy period. But when he came he repaired the green pool and it was ready for Labor Day weekend just as he said it would be. I got charged a little extra on chemicals due to the repair being more involved than anticipated, but given the work done the increase was very fair and I am please with the work. I have already recommended him to a friend and they were happy as well."

"I had gotten a few quotes from other pool companies but asked the right questions and had the right answers. My pool plaster was long overdue for resurfacing. Miguel ( owner ) was very courteous and responsive. I hadn't considered changing old tile but Miguel extolled the esthetics new pool tile would make. I was reluctant but relented. I went with the glass mosaic tile. I peek thru my fence and noticed how the colors shifted with the light and angles. BEAUTIFUL! I'm not a fan of contractors who can't wait to cash the check but don't exert that same energy for doing a good job. FRANCYS POOL SERVICES went above and beyond."
