Top quality work, the crew cleaned up well after they were done. As far as the owner, Brad was very punctual, very helpful with tile selection he went with us to several places to select samples. After the job was done Brad checked on the pool several times to make sure the pool chemicals are balanced. Looking at my pool, it gives me the feeling of new pool just was built."

"The only reason for a slight markdown on customer service is Victor came a day later than he originally planned because he was in a busy period. But when he came he repaired the green pool and it was ready for Labor Day weekend just as he said it would be. I got charged a little extra on chemicals due to the repair being more involved than anticipated, but given the work done the increase was very fair and I am please with the work. I have already recommended him to a friend and they were happy as well."

"I had gotten a few quotes from other pool companies but asked the right questions and had the right answers. My pool plaster was long overdue for resurfacing. Miguel ( owner ) was very courteous and responsive. I hadn't considered changing old tile but Miguel extolled the esthetics new pool tile would make. I was reluctant but relented. I went with the glass mosaic tile. I peek thru my fence and noticed how the colors shifted with the light and angles. BEAUTIFUL! I'm not a fan of contractors who can't wait to cash the check but don't exert that same energy for doing a good job. FRANCYS POOL SERVICES went above and beyond."
