"The only reason for a slight markdown on customer service is Victor came a day later than he originally planned because he was in a busy period. But when he came he repaired the green pool and it was ready for Labor Day weekend just as he said it would be. I got charged a little extra on chemicals due to the repair being more involved than anticipated, but given the work done the increase was very fair and I am please with the work. I have already recommended him to a friend and they were happy as well."

"I had gotten a few quotes from other pool companies but asked the right questions and had the right answers. My pool plaster was long overdue for resurfacing. Miguel ( owner ) was very courteous and responsive. I hadn't considered changing old tile but Miguel extolled the esthetics new pool tile would make. I was reluctant but relented. I went with the glass mosaic tile. I peek thru my fence and noticed how the colors shifted with the light and angles. BEAUTIFUL! I'm not a fan of contractors who can't wait to cash the check but don't exert that same energy for doing a good job. FRANCYS POOL SERVICES went above and beyond."

"Tropic Pools enlarged my pool deck area by 400sf. They removed grass, dirt and flagstone areas before adding the concrete. They also cleaned my existing pool deck area and matched the new concrete with spray deck and painted everything to match. Paul came out promptly to discuss my needs and provided a reasonable quote. He kept me informed of the process and when his guys would be here and came by to check their work every day. The guys did a great job of keeping everything neat and cleaned up. Paul also assisted me with fixing some drainage issues. I’ll be calling him again for a patio cover for an outdoor kitchen and when my pool needs resurfacing."
