My roof was replaced in 2022 by "Vista and Restoration. I had many problem and leaks cause water damage in my 3 bad rooms, living room, and game rooms cause by poor work man ship. Their response is very poor and I have not been successful in getting the company to do the repairs and getting runaround and now no response. Block my phone and text me that he is out of Business. I can't trust the business. It will cost me $5000 to repair the problem.

They are young, know how to put the customer first, always answer all the customer's questions and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Our roof was put on in a single day, and they worked with our insurance directly. When we got the insurance checks and it was time to collect payment for the job well done they drove out to us. Professionalism and a world class customer service experience which is honest, open, and up-front is what this company prides themselves on. They operate with the utmost of integrity and the vendors they work with to install the roof are so attentive to detail. We could not find a single nail left behind in our driveway. We had other two companies giving us a quote, which also had good online reviews. However, after Nathan came to speak to Joel and explained how the process worked, detailing price and what materials were going to be used, my husband was immediately sold. Nathan was very upfront about pricing and about the time to complete the job. His guys were very experienced, respectful and incredibly skillful. We could not have asked for a better company to change our roof! They were part of the process in the beginning, constantly in touch with their guys, and above all, were here with us to inspect the final job. Their guys cleaned up the entire property (we have 8 acres and it was very very windy on the day fo installation) and not a single nail was left behind. We could not recommend them enough!
