Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I had 3 projects that were needed for my property. A new roof, mold remediation and reconstruction, and fencing. I took the offer from NewHaus Construction for this entire process. They were a one-stop shop for me, which made it easy, no juggling different contractors.
My project manager, Kahlid, was awesome. He listened to the story, and reassured me it could be done and not cost me a bazillion dollars. First part was the roof. He showed me great materials, Owens Corning shingles and it's a 50-year roof! They had to completely redo the entire roof, including decking due to rot and they even found the financing for me. They are doing the rebuild now on the inside and even working on accessibility since I'm in a wheelchair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NewHaus and Kahlid to do any construction work, they're reliable and very good to work with.

Biggest con artists. They sold me a class 4 roof and installed a stage 3. Only found out after calling Owen Corning corporation to validate my warranty. They didn?t keep their word on repairs quoted and messed up my a/c by completely covering it with no ventilation with tarps. I paid that repair out of pocket. The owner Mike has been avoiding me and his sales people are liars. If this ain?t enough to keep u away then I don?t know what else to tell you.
