Most jobs we like to bid so you have a clear idea at the start what your cost is. On occasion by the hour is necessary on projects that have a lot of unknowns. Payment is 50% up front and 50% at completion in most cases. All material money in advance or you supply all material to be on site at the beginning of the job. Communication is the most important aspect of this business. We pride ourselves in this. We do not start your project until our schedule permits. Most of the time we are booked as far as 3 months in advance, but normally we prefer 2 weeks in advance bookings. Most of our clients become life long friends.
