"We are sorry but don't think that was the way it took place My understanding was that the other contractor was there and said there was nothing wrong with the electricity that it was the water heater. Then the plumber told you it was not the water heater it was the electricity. so you called me back after hours and asked me to take a look at it. I found a short in the wire and told the renter that i would get back with you with the price to fix it plus the price for the service call. When I called you back with the price you went crazy. Since you new what the problem was you called another contractor out and fix the short. since they didn't have to find the problem you got a better price. Needless to say you didn't even pay for my service at all. Thank you for your kind words and great review."
