E and S Remodeling Services does not offer mold remediation, major plumbing or major electrical although we do work closely with trusted licensed contractors who do, if this is something that is needed. We do not do work on mobile home. We do not go over 15 ft. We do not do appliance repair or housecleaning.

Our shower needed to be cleaned, resealed, the caulk around the base replaced and the vinyl moldings on the shower door replaced. Sean was fantastic. He complete the job that completely met my expectations and his attention to detail was a big asset on this job. He was very respective of the surroundings making sure the area stayed clean. In addition Sean was an excellent communicator - updating me every day when he was on the way and when he would be there. Definitely would hire them again.

Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
Sean did an excellent job. I had water damage in a small bathroom and he along with his wife, Erin, completed all the repair work. He built a beautiful vanity and repaired the drywall and painted. He is a master carpenter and his attention to detail shows. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after every project. He installed a new threshold to replace the original one that was damaged. He did a great job on this project that other people would not take. I sent requested photos to a couple of individuals and never heard back. Others that I contacted did not want the job. It is nice to have someone who will do the work right and doesn’t mind small jobs. I will definitely use Sean again when I have other projects.

E and S remodeling services did an awesome job remodeling our gutted bathroom for us. It turned out so much better than what it had been prior to being gutted. Couldn't be happier with it. Very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Did a fantastic job of correcting/working around home builders shortcuts. They even built some custom kitchen cabinets with butcher block tops for us. I highly recommend them for any of your home improvement needs.

I decided to use them for various reasons which included that prompt reply and their interest in my business ( glass blown art). They arrived on time and fixed each door exploring their individual issues. They evaluated an extra problem I had and recommended a solution. They will come back and give pointers to our son and the rest of our crew on how to lay ceramic flooring.
