"This company offers fair pricing and quick response times. I made an appointment for an installation of a new kitchen faucet along with two angle stop valve replacements. Bill and helper arrived right on time. Friendly and ready to work. They went straight to work and completed the job promptly, testing and checking the system thoroughly. Bill also made me aware of some future services to consider in a knowledgeable, non-pushy manner. I certainly will think about it and give Warren’s a call when I’m ready."

"Alright, here is my experience with All the time plumbing. We moved into a house with unknown water heater status. We had two of them in our attic and one stopped working. I called AtTP based on a recommendation and Thomas answered and we set up a time for him to come out. I donâ t feel 100% comfortable with plumbing so I wanted a professionals input on the repair and possible replacement of a water heater. Thomas came out and after looking was able to explain the cause and got it working again. He was really good at answering my questions in a way I can understand and not selling me something. After I understood what the problem was, I ended up replacing both water heaters with a tankless unit by my choice. Thomas was able to give me all the information and prices and didnâ t try to push one way or another. He explained both options I asked for and let me think on it. I usually cringe a little at the thought of calling a plumber because we all expect them trying to hard sell us something. This was absolutely the opposite, he told me what I asked and gave his opinion when I asked. He let me decide. After confirming my choices he called and let me know his schedule of arrival along with sub contractors for roofing and electrical, also to let me know when we would be losing water for the work. With kids and a wife in the house to keep happy this is awesome. He showed up on time, the work was done on time, and he walked me though the care and what I needed to do for maintenance after it was done. He also sent a picture of the work done. Complete professionalism, which is a rare thing, and no surprises equals what Iâ m looking for as a home owner. I am all for supporting local businesses and Thomas does a great job. No other plumbers are needed for me, a great job with professionalism and a trust that Iâ m not being â soldâ are what Iâ m looking for. Do yourself a favor, call with your plumbing problems. If youâ re worried because you donâ t understand, he will explain and show it to you. Support a company who is working to support their family, they will always go the extra mile."

"My house water heater leaked after roughly 8 years and it was a Rheem Professional one (better than the home depot version according to the plumber who installed it) so I decided to replace it with a Bradford White one. I got sticker shock when I called the surrounding plumbers for quotes. In all cases, they wanted to stop by my house to check out and providing the quote. Luckily, my neighbor used Water Heater Pros a few months ago and told me about them. I went on the website and really like the fact that they listed the prices up front ( by far the lowest) with a list of stuff that will be installed with the water heater leaving no chance for confusion and/or misunderstanding. In addition, Water Heater Pros was listed at the top installer for Bradford White water heater at the main Bradford White website. I recalled the plumber who I ran into at Home Depot and installed my previous water told me that when he gave me the price for the installation (we met at the local Home Depot), he did not know where I live. If he knew where I live, the price would be double because plumbers know people who live in nice upscale subdivision can afford the higher price. This was/is terrible IMHO. In fact, when I asked him for a quote this time to replace my water heater, he did exactly that. No such issue with Water Heater Pros. I called Jim Brown (owner of the water heater pros) to schedule the service and was provided up front pricing with all the stuff needed to get done to fit the taller water heater into the same spot along with the Floodstop installation. Even with all of this, the price was still lower than all the quotes I got from local plumbers for just the water heater. Virgil and his crew mate showed up on Monday 10/17/2022 as schedule and about 30 minutes ahead of time. The two installers were very efficient and has all the tools needed to bring the big water heater into the attic without putting a scratch on the water heater itself. The last installer did not have any tool to bring the water heater up so they dragged it up the pull down ladder putting minor dent on the water heater. They was done within 3 hours including clean up and installed exactly all the pieces as they outlined on the website (new pan, ball valve, sediment trap and new gas flex line to replace the old one). I was/am very please with the installation and considered myself lucky to have found Water Heater Pros for hot water tank services. The key for me is up front and clear pricing without the complication of haggling with the plumbers to hopefully not being taken advantage of. Highly Recommended!"

"Wish we had had Sean install instead of the plumber, he really knew what he was doing, spent time diagnosing the problem, explained everything he was going to do, as he did it, and a review and demonstration of tips for successful use when he was through. A great job!"

"James and Lance did a great job. In spite of three problems coming up during the repair/replacement, both pushed through and completed the job, staying later than any of us expected. It also doesn't hurt that Courtesy stood by their quote which was a fraction of the first plumber's quote."

"I had a pipe leak under kitchen sink. Called for service about noon time on a Saturday. The plumber arrived arrived approximately 3:30 same day and replaced two sections of pipe. Plumber (Josh) was extremely courteous and quickly fixed the issue. This was my second time to use Nick's Plumbing services and both times was pleased with service."

"My husband and I were very happy with JD! Very punctual, honest and I felt comfortable with them being here while my husband was at work. I just wish they were a bit more affordable, but I'd rather spend a bit more for the quality work you get with JD."

"They were outstanding. They came out on Labor Day in the evening time just to try and meet everybody's needs. I gave them considerable referrals. It's not just the company, it's the person who comes. He was very good. He said he is staying busy because of the referrals I gave out. His name was David Lee. He was just very conscientious.
They specialize in hot water heaters. They will put new piping in. They also do any type of plumbing needed. He will return a call, even if it's 8 o'clock at night he will tell you he received your message.
He worked very efficiently. He had to cut the pipe, replace the pipe, and get a new part. He is re-piping my neighbor's house right now. He will not just walk off an leave you if it's an emergency.
I will definitely use them again. He did outstanding work for the two people that I referred to him. He is very easy going and hard working at the same time."
