"From the initial phone call to the final wave goodbye, these guys felt like old friends helping out their friend in need. I thought that this level of customer service, transparency, workmanship, and affordability was extinct. I'll use this company as long as I live in the Houston area! That's a FACT!!!"

"Plumber showed up on time and fixed the broken hose bib quickly."

"Plumber was able to quickly find the leak, fix it, perform preventative maintenance, and create an access panel in one visit. Friendly and professional."

"These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. They even went the extra mile and fixed an unrelated issue (was not their fault) that would have failed the city inspection. What service! These guys are my new go to plumbers "

"Excellent service and quick installation of a new water heater. Great prices with plenty of pricing options."

"They were outstanding. They came out on Labor Day in the evening time just to try and meet everybody's needs. I gave them considerable referrals. It's not just the company, it's the person who comes. He was very good. He said he is staying busy because of the referrals I gave out. His name was David Lee. He was just very conscientious.

They specialize in hot water heaters. They will put new piping in. They also do any type of plumbing needed. He will return a call, even if it's 8 o'clock at night he will tell you he received your message.

He worked very efficiently. He had to cut the pipe, replace the pipe, and get a new part. He is re-piping my neighbor's house right now. He will not just walk off an leave you if it's an emergency.

I will definitely use them again. He did outstanding work for the two people that I referred to him. He is very easy going and hard working at the same time."

"Plumber and assistant were on-time, worked to diagnose the problem correctly and effected repair. Charge was entirely reasonable. Very satisfied, will use for future projects, highly recommended."

"The plumber did a excellent job installing the tankless gas water heater."

"I cannot say enough great things about Brenek's Plumbing. Tim, Greg and their team are just good people with great customer service. I called them and got a quote the same day. Replacing a main sewer line can be a costly expense but compared to the quotes I received, they gave me a fair price for replacing my sewer line up to 40". Greg explained the entire process to me from start to finish. The digging crew showed up exactly when Greg said they would at 8AM and they were finished before lunchtime. My only small complaint is that the crew did not put my landscaping bricks exactly as they were but other than this, the job went smoothly. Greg identified and explained any other potential plumbing issues and made sure I was completely happy before leaving. In addition to this, my water heater went out the following week and I called Tim in a panic that morning. He gave me an affordable quote to install the new heater and haul the old one. By afternoon, he personally installed it and my hot water was restored the same day. This company has literally saved my life twice in one week. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services and have recommended them to family and friends."
