"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"We have a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with sunken living room that had carpeting everywhere, even in the kitchen.  We removed the carpeting ourselves to save a little time and money.  Alex did an initial walk-through and gave us his thoughts and suggestions on the type of tile that would work best for our house and needs.  He also provided us with names of several different tile companies and we were able to find the tile that we love at an excellent price.  He estimated the job would take 7 to 8 days, but also told us that he would be going in for knee replacement surgery and wasn't sure if that would throw the schedule off.  Alex and his 2-man crew, Geronimo and Virgilio, were there bright and early every day.  They were very courteous and professional.  About half way through the job Alex did have to go in for knee surgery, but this only set the schedule back a couple of days.  Then, amazingly, he was back, with a walker, overseeing the work and making sure that everything was going smoothly.  We have a decorative mosaic medallion that we requested he install in the front entryway.  That took a little extra effort on their part, but Geronimo did a wonderful job and it makes a beautiful focal point when you first enter the house.  Alex and his crew did an exceptional job.  We are extremely pleased with the professional work they did, and love the new tile.  We will never have carpeting again!  If we ever need tile work done again we will definitely call Alex, and recommend him to anyone needing a First Class tiling company.

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others."

"I hired Millercraft initally to build my new shower and install all tile in the new bathroom. I ended up using Landry to complete the entire bathroom and build a custom closet. Landry built a new state-of-the-art shower using Wedi Board. Landry is punctual and completes tasks on time. When there is a delay, he communicates effectively. I highly recommend Landry and Miller Craft and will be using him again for the ongoing renovation of our home.

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"JMG Handyman Services is excellent & I will hire John again for additional work around my home. Communication is great. He listens to what is needed & takes into account any concerns expressed when a job is correcting a problem. He suggested using products available on market to address those issues when appropriate. He was also willing to listen when I had a specific preference about how I wanted finished product to look and made it happen. He was proactive in scheduling and overall was accurate in amount of time he allocated for completing a specific task. And, he respected my time & showed up when he said he would. Below is list of tasks he successfully completed in my home. 1. Installed vinyl plank flooring (LVP) with some challenging angled cuts. Paid attention to the pattern created during installation. Installed transition pieces. 2. Installed new baseboards & trim work. 3. Removed old bathroom vanity & installed new one. 4. Installed new bathroom faucet. 5. Removed old toilet & installed a new one. 6. Corrected plumbing issue under sink in bath. 7. Neatly opened wall & removed a screw used at some point in time to hang a mirror over vanity that had hit an overflow pipe for HVAC system. Replaced damaged section of pipe & completed a small drywall patch. 8. Added waterproof caulking & epoxy on slab before installing new LVP flooring where there was an issue with water coming in before. 9. Replaced an exterior door & trim. 10. Ran a new PEX line for cold water through attic & wall to an existing tub. 11. Hung a surface mounted medicine cabinet/mirror."
