"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. For the remodeling part, Derek recommended to use the German engineered Wedi shower system to completely sealed the shower area, price is more than traditional mud plan method but well worth it to  avoid problem years down the road.   He also gave many good suggestions for the project and very helpful and flexible in tiles, cabinet, fixtures selection.  The crews working for him are also professional, attention to details, top notched,  they cleaned up daily the work area and I learn quite a few tricks from them.  Derek also showed up daily to make sure not just the schedule and also the work is done right.   The project finally turns out an outstanding job.

This job included removal of old counters, under mount sink, and included all plumbing and electrical work. They even reinstalled new faucets in the bathroom.  The whole job took couple weeks but it was done very well and we are happy with the results. Derek provided advice on how we could save existing black splash tiles.  He also went an extra mile and replaced a faulty faucet multiple times until it was done right.
