He returned on Monday, located the leak under our den floor, made one hole through the slab, repaired the leak and patched to slab by late afternoon the same day. He had the right equipment, he worked very efficiently and he charged us what he said it would cost. We were very pleased with his service and would use him again."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"We've hired Joe 3 times already. In the kitchen, he had to dis-connect the refrigerator in order to put down our new tile. When he re-connected it, he fixed the connection to the water line. Suddenly, the water dispenser was filling our glasses quickly. We didn't know it wasn't working as well as it should have! A's on all categories. We highly recommend and would hire again without looking for anyone else."

It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! On air conditioning, I had 4 other companies come out to look at my unit that was running constantly and not cooling well. They charged me for wrong issues and didn’t fix it. Mr Callahan immediately figured out that the company that installed the new unit put in a valve backwards. I highly recommend them for air conditioning work. I will use them from now on."
