"This review is more than a year overdue, but I was very happy and satisfied with the job done by Brick Restoration Inc. I had a plumbing leak (frozen pipe break) in the wall behind the kitchen sink, and the repair could only be made from the outside wall of the house. BRI quoted me a very fair price for brick removal and restoration. When it came time restore the hole in the brick, BRI came back out and filled in the hole with all new bricks. Since it is nearly impossible to find the same kind of bricks, their brick layer was very skilled at painting the bricks to match the existing bricks. I was very happy with the work that was done. I will call BRI again if I ever need brick more brick work done."

It was evident through their salesman Tom that they had comprehensive experience to handle the project beginning with 3D renderings to submit for HOA approval along with suggestions to modify the original concept for cost control and the discussions of the materials for every surface. Perfection isn't achievable, but Martin clearly strove for it, and shared my focus on preventing water intrusion in the new structure. They used nails instead of screws, causing deep holes, missing nails, loose ends, cheap, splintered wood, and deck was 50 inches tall, requested 52. There were various cuts in the wood, wood splitting, a piece of wood loose where they cut the post hole and didn't secure it to the deck. For the pool, they used regular sand, not compaction sand. The bottom of the pool is bumpy. They put the pool coves behind the uprights holding the frame firm. They had to take the pool apart to take out the coves and put back the uprights. The first time they installed the pool, it was 2 inches higher than the deck. They broke down the pool and removed sand on one side to meet up with the deck. The pool is lopsided and water is 6 inches deeper on one side. I had to pay an additional $300 for them to reinstall. The second time they installed the pool, it still did not flush with the deck. I have to redo it all."
