Eduardo built a fence that fell during hurricane beryl. He honored the arrangement and came on time and finished the job.

I found this guy on the Internet, he called me and he came to my house the next day. I showed him the back patio where I want a roof and a garden fence around the 10 x 10 patio. We agreed on the price that includes all the materials and the work. He goes back the next morning with his van full of fence pickets. He unloaded all his trash on my sidewalk I asked him what he was doing, and he said the trash who lifts your trash will pick up all. I said no you need to pick up everything, and he did. He told me he had a contract that I had to sign, he looked at his phone, and he couldn't find the contract. He asked me for half the money to buy the material. I said OK but let me write a contract, I asked for his ID and he didn't have it. I didn't feel good about it, but my husband said it was OK. I asked his name and he said Eduardo Gomez, but on the business card, he shows Eduardo Pimentel. He told me to write Gomez. I did and handed the $750 for the material. He goes back after an hour and a half with 10 pieces of wood 2 x 4 which was not the right size to support the roof. He started the job and he worked for 3 hours after he was upset and ready to live. He told me he would call me, He didn't call me but I did. I explained to him the garden fence that I wanted. I drew a picture of what I wanted but he said no I can't do that and I am not going to finish my job. He hung up the phone and he never answered anymore. My husband was furious and we went to the back patio to see his job. He pushed one of the posts and the frame he built collapsed! We are really upset that someone came to my house to take our money.

This man whose name is Eduardo Pimentel on his card, but in the contract signed as Gomez, who can not provide an ID, it was the worst mistake I did to hire him. When he showed up at my door, he came in a blue ban full of trash wood from a previous job to be dumped in my sidewalk, saying the trash company would pick up all the fence trash he had in his van. I had my contract ready and he did not have an ID. He asked me half of the cost of the job. and he was supposed to provide the material. He got 10 pieces of wood to do the job, He worked for 3 hours, after he built a frame, he told me he would call me later about a garden fence that was included in the contract . I called him after. He told me that he does not like my idea and he is not going to keep working for me,. How about the money that I paid ? his answer was that the work he did was enough to cover the job he did. My husband was furious he went to check the job and the frame he built collapsed . People do not hire this person, he is a very dishonest person , he came to take my money !

I had an excellent experience with The USA Home Improvement. Eduardo and his team are incredible. This is my third time using the company. They did my bathroom and painted my cabinets! Thank you for all the hard work!

We had the USA Home Improvement coming to build a deck in second floor. The owner sounded like he had a great experience in such work. The deck has a roof and should be sloped to keep rain water from coming into the deck. But every time it rains, the deck becomes a disaster. We have paid the full amount, as you can imagine, they will not come to fix the problem it is because the company DOES NOT KNOW how to do the work. I normally do not like to say something bad about a business but this deck has given us huge problems when it rains.

I would not recommend this company because he bought one spa for one price and he charged me double the price and that is fraud.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with The USA company. From reviewing my project, offering options and recommendation all the way through proposals and completion of work, the owner and his crew were professional, friendly, helpful, and provided superior workmanship. They went above and beyond. I almost wish I had another project for them. Their prices are extremely competitive, but knowing what I know now about their workmanship and work ethics, I would have gone with them if they were the higher bidder. Thank you!

Top notch and the best of the best. Beginning with the sales through the design process the project was explained in detail very clear and concise on what could be done. The four employees that came to take care of the project were professional and organized... When the project was completed a walkthrough was done and anything that needed to be fixed was done. I greatly appreciate my new and beautiful deck. Thank you guys.

We had USA Home Improvement build us a covered, screened in deck. We decided to do the sun exposed area in timber tech, and the covered area in wood to keep the cost down. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. Every aspect of the project was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Each step of the project was explained in great detail and our deck turned out perfect for my family! I would highly recommend and will use them again in future projects.

I engaged with this company that morphed from a simple porch to a beautiful deck redesign. The owner and his employees were extremely professional and diligent. The communication was great and we get so many compliments about the new deck. We have extremely high expectations that were exceeded by the team.

My husband and I recently used The USA Home Improvement for a new deck and porch addition on our home. Their contractors are experienced, neat, thorough and did a great work. We are very happy. The permit process was smooth and the job finished in a timely manner. Their work is top notch.

This owner promises you the world but then a the project progresses we had to constant redirect and demand that he follow through with what we agreed the project would look like. He would promise the world and then stall for time or not even return your calls. At the end of the project I was not happy with the lights that he installed, ones that he never approved with me, and I asked him to replace. He assured me that he would do so. I trusted him so I went ahead a paid him the ending balance, I knew he had workers to pay and I did not want to make a hardship for him. Once I paid him, he has not made any attempt to correct the problem. I have a deck that already is showing signs of rot and a concrete countertop that is already shedding paint. It looks absolutely terrible. I spent 20K for a deck and an outdoor kitchen, not including the appliances. I spent this much because he assured me that he stood behind his work. Well project is complete, after many delays, and he is refusing to even return my texts and is forfeiting the agreement that states that his work is guaranteed. I am so frustrated and feel so taken advantage of by Eduardo. He has a 3 man crew that he tries to split amongst many different jobs which leaves your project hanging and taking many weeks to complete. Do not trust him!!!

The work was done in a professional manner on time and a fair price. There were two workers unfortunately they did not understand English. The owner Eduardo does speak English but he was not on the job all the time.

My wife and I met this company in the last year and went through the planning for our deck. They did an awesome job! They were very communicative and really wanted to make sure we loved everything they did. They were able to complete our job in 7 days and it looks amazing! I will recommend them to any one who is interested in deck building.
