At my old house in Tyler, he 1) repaired an existing brick walkway, 2) installed a paver and stone walk way in the backyard 3) re-leveled an existing brick patio, 4) eleviated drainage issues in the backyard. At my house in Palestine, he laid a beautiful brick pathway 5 years ago and more recently laid a brick patio where the old rotten deck used to be He's 4th generation mason and his workmanship/work ethic is excellent. He probably doesn't need this review because he's always overloaded with jobs, but I want to leave it anyway. I rate his work as A++++ and as a bonus, Kevin is awesome to deal with. A local natural gas plumber, gas fitter, or gas line specialist should fix gas leaks. Installing gas lines and connections improperly can lead to dangerous gas leaks and explosions. You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

You may want to remove the gas line if it’s unsightly or if it’s causing a problem with future appliances. The downside is if you decide to go back to gas, you would need to run a new gas line to the area.  The average cost to run a new gas line is $550, but the installation can range anywhere from $120 to $1,350.

The easiest way to empty a propane tank is to simply use it until no propane remains. If you’re short on time and need a faster solution, transfer the propane to another tank instead. Wear leather gloves to protect your hands, then connect the hoses from both propane tanks and seal them tightly. Turn the knob to open the supply tank valve on the full tank and let it run until the pressure pushes all the propane into the other tank. When all propane is transferred, remove the hose and seal each tank.
