Good job, efficient. Price was high - $157 labor + parts He was on site for 58 minutes and charged for 1 1/2 hours - when I questioned it he said he had to charge from the time he left his office until he returned thus extra 1/2hour. I used another plumber earlier this year and they charged on for time on my site. Also he left his 'old parts, sack, etc. on outdoor premises and I had to dispose. I would consider using him again but only after comparing pricing with others.

The work he did was fine. He was good about responding to me. He was here on time for the appointment. I felt his prices were high.

Ben came out and gave me an estimate, then came in under cost. Prompt and thorough. Great guy.

Ben was prompt and on time. The gas company was supposed to be here at 8 o'clock. Ben was here at 7 and had all his work done prior to the gas company arriving. The gas company didn't show up on time, so Ben had to wait until they arrived to pressure test his work. The reason for the low mark on price was that Ben utilized his time waiting on the gas company setting up other business and then left prior to their arrival. I told him I'd call him if there was an issue. Ben said he would return and fill the trench after the gas company pressure tested the work,. It was only about 10 feet, so I told him I'd fill the trench.
I had not requested a quote from Ben's Plumbing based on his Angies List reviews. When he brought me the bill. he charged me labor on the whole morning and even remarked how he hated charging me for waiting on the gas company.
Nice guy. Good work. But I was rubbed a bit the wrong way for him admittedly charging me for leaning on a shovel and talking on the phone setting up other business, especially when I didn't make him come back and fill the trench.

Ben came out and did a very good job of installing the hot water heater. Left my utility room in good shape. Looked at a couple of other things that other plumbers were going to charge me a lot of money to fix and showed me a much cheapter way to do the repairs.

I have been using them for years. They are very dependable, honest, prompt, on time and reasonable. Moreover, they are a local company. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Outside water faucets were leanking for long time. Had a hard freeze and called Ben to come replace them. Arrived quickly and finished work with little or no mess. Left bill on front door.
