It went great. He arrived promptly when he said he woulid to review the job, He called later and came over the next day with a written bid. He and his helper were very polite and did a great job of removing the old doors and installing the new ones. The trim work was very nice as well. I would use Windor Services again.

The phone number for the person to reach for carpet cleaning was incorrect; however, I called an alternative number and they provided the carpet cleaner's (and quot;CCand quot;) number to me. I was able to reach the CC at that number and made an appointment for cleaning. The morning of the appointment I received a telephone call from the CC saying that the chemicals had not arrived at their supplier so the job could not be done. Having already scheduled time off of work and rearranging things in preparation, I was somewhat annoyed that they waited for the last minute to actually pick up their supplies. I later rescheduled. The CC arrived at the rescheduled time and began performing the cleaning. The CC had a difficult time removing some of the spots and ran out of cleaner necessitating another trip to their supplier. The carpets turned out as well as could be expected under the circumstances. I was surprised that there was no clean up after the job. I was left to vacuum and wipe off the sandy chemical residue from the floors and furniture. I got the impression the CC may be new to this since the CC was unprepared for fulfilling the first appointment and then again did not prepare for the possibility of having to treat heavily soiled areas on the job appointment. I think this CC is capable and cares about the quality of the work, but should probably give a little more attention to scheduling, preparation and letting the client know that the client would be responsible for clean up.

Everything went smooth with this company. The workers were professional, prompt, and neat, and the work quality is outstanding. One of the owner's is there to get the workers going and come back to make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. This company is very reliable.

They were very professional. I was unable to be home when the repairs were done and Benjamin called when they were finished to let me know they were done.

Was scheduled more than a month in advance with some delays in estimates and communication -- lost my e-mail address. Once scheduled, however, they called the day before and arrived early the next day. All work and 2 additional items were completed by around 5pm of same day. Very conscientious. This is literally a father-son (grandson?) business who work with pride and trying to build a good reputation. No added charges -- stuck with the original estimates.

Joseph showed up as agreed. After arrival, he discovered we did not have the right parts to install the light, so he went to the store and got the right parts. He then installed the light, and did a great job - my wife was very happy. While he was here, we asked him to fix a patio screen door that was not opening very easily. In a few minutes, that was working great for the first time in years. My wife in now making a list and we will have him come back.

I have had numerous experiences (over the last few years) with Windsor Window Cleaning and Power Washing and each experience met and exceeded my very high expectations. Window cleaning is truly an art form and these guys have it down. It will make your windows look brand new or even better like you got them replaced. If you enjoy looking outside then you will truly appreciate a the much improved view. I never realized how dirty and grimy my windows got until I had them cleaned for the first time. If you think your windows need it well you should also think about the outside of your house. I live in Tyler (Azalea District Area) and there are trees everywhere and the pollen, grime and mold that gets on my house is appalling. Windsor Power Washing does just the trick. My house's siding and brick looks brand new! If you are still reading this review stop now and call them! You will love it.
