When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. Tesla would not sell the the items to reconnect my solar panels so he would have had to reuse the exiting items which he said would likely void my lease/warranty with Tesla and he didn t want to do that to me.
