"I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."

They told me I was not allowed to get solar panels because my bill did not reach a certain amount. Which Sunpro did not tell me. They put the panels were I wanted them to go, and were extremely professional. I have the service representative, Cara, in my phone and any time that I need something or have a question she is there. Very knowledgeable and they answer at all hours."
