Our billing procedures are that we don't collect any money up front for smaller jobs that are usually under $5,000.00 but we do expect payment upon completion. On larger projects our procedure is to get 1/3 upfront, 1/3 half way through the project and the final 1/3 at completion. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. We do no advertising other than "word of mouth" from happy customers. It seems we always get 1 or 2 more jobs just by making you happy and you telling your friends and family how good we were.
