We are a "turn key" remodeling company which means we do most of the work ourselves from beginning to end without having to "sub out" work. We do many things "in house" such as framing, cabinetry installation, painting, minor electrical and plumbing. We staff confident and legal personnel within the Tyler area. Our billing procedures are that we don't collect any money up front for smaller jobs that are usually under $5,000.00 but we do expect payment upon completion. On larger projects our procedure is to get 1/3 upfront, 1/3 half way through the project and the final 1/3 at completion. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. We do no advertising other than "word of mouth" from happy customers. It seems we always get 1 or 2 more jobs just by making you happy and you telling your friends and family how good we were. Not advertising helps us to keep costs down and our bidding more competetive which keeps more of your money in your pocket. We are currently in the process of getting a contractors license so that we may persue some commercial jobs. We are fully insured for everyones protection.
