They knew what the problem was, did the job out, and got us the invoice. They were pretty easy to schedule with scheduling the tenants to make sure that they were okay with having the power off for a couple of hours while they did the work. They had been pretty good with any of the issues we've had like some problem people or problem projects. I've never had a problem reaching them after hours for emergency stuff.

Source One has been my electrical contractor for all my workshop modifications and installations. They have done several jobs for me; all with execellent responsiveness, reasonable pricing and quality workmanship. Nick North and his guys are my and quot;go to electriciansand quot;.

The service was outstanding. Nick came out to give us the initial estimate. It was nearly half of three other quotes we had received. - Rewired a garage - Moved a sub-panel - Installed multiple new outlets - Fixed malfunctioning switches - Installed overhead lighting - Installed outdoor lighting - Installed light sensors - Rewired and installed carport lights Brian and Mike did the work. Nick returned and check on them repeatedly. The service was outstanding. The professionalism and friendliness was remarkable. They came back to ensure that the job was finished properly. Professional, high quality work; This job was done in two phases as I grew the requirements thru workshop expansion. Nick North and Source One is my go to guy for any electrical work as I trust him to do a quality and responsive job that keeps me in code, safe and anticipating my future requirements as I continue to equip my shop.

They showed up precisely at the appointed time, did the work cleanly and professionally at a fair price. They are now my go-to electricians.

I purchased a Big Deal Discount through Angies List. The discount was the purchase of $99 for $200 worth of work. The original company came to my property and wanted $90 in addition to the $200 Deal Discount. We did not come to an agreement. I called Angies List and requested for a refund. I spoke to one of the staff member, who was very courteous,apologetic and genuinely concern with my dissapointment. This person said he'll send a list of other companies who may be able to help me. The company Source One Electric was one of the companies referred to me via email. I Contacted Nick, the owner of Source One Electric. He came to my house 09/19/13. We discussed the Big Deal Discount and my experience with the previous company who wanted more money. After my discussing this issue with Nick, he agreed to do the minor electric work as listed above. Nick said he'll send one of his employee to do the work. On 9/23/13 Hunter, from Source One Electric came to my house and did the electrick work. He did good work inspite of lengthy conversation on his cell phone. After completion of his work. He asked $200 for his service and told me his company does not honor Big Deal Discounts. Totally surprised with his request, I called Angie's List and talked to the same staff member. After a series of discussion, the staff member said he'll have his supervisor look into it. In conclusion to this whole fiasco, it was explained to me the Big Discount Deals only pertains to one unique company. Source One Electric is not involve in Big Discount Deals. Nick knew what led me to call his company and the issues involved. He could have told me during our initial conversation that he did not honor Angie's Big Deal Discount. I question Nick's integrety and for this reason, I have a low rating for Source One Electric. .

When I called them it was mid to late afternoon. The man on the phone told me he had someone in my area, and I received service within twenty minutes. The technician was professional and informative. I was very impressed with how efficiently he worked.

I had a short in an outlet in the bedroom, causing all power on that circuit to go out. I repaired the outlet and tried to re-set the switch at the circuit breaker, but couldn't do so. This was 4th of July weekend. After I was stood up by the first electrician I called, I found Nick on Angie's List. After first suggesting that I needed to press the switch all the way to the left before pushing it to the right to reset it, and being assured by me that I had done exactly that, he was at my house within 3 hours. He saw immediately that I hadn't pressed the switch hard enough to the left before trying to re-set it, and fixed the problem. Nick could easily have a. Laughed derisively, and b. Fleeced me. He did neither. Next time I have an electrical problem, I'm calling Nick.

I was originally very impressed with Nick when he first came out to do the estimate. He was very professional. The men that actually came out to complete the job, however, were not. They had to cut a hole in our outside wall to install the new line and left it there after the job was done. After I requested to have them repair the hole, they told me they don't take responsibility for repairing the holes made for jobs, they did however give me $25.00 off for a senior citizen discount. Incredibly unhappy.

They did an excellent job.  They did the work just right and correctly. There have been no issues so far. They cleaned up the area afterwards. 

From bid to work done and fixing items we were unaware of, to being very conscious of not laying anything in the way of husband's wheelchair. We are super pleased with their work.

I called nick and he gave me a quote over the phone. He came out, after a few minutes dealing with landlord and about 20 minutes getting everything in that they needed they were done. I guess every once in a while the trained professionals get an easy quick job. I wouldnt have done it for the 150 but since my landlord is paying for it, c'est la vie. very polite and early too.

It was an easy fix that took 10 minutes which was super. They're great.

Nick was very professional and arrived early. He went right to work to troubleshoot the problem outlets in the bedroom and bathroom. Nick was very knowledgable and capable, he figured out the problem regarding the ground connection right away. He connected the ground wire that was not connected and problem solved. Then he tested the GFCI outlet and found it to be faulty and changed to a new one and problem solved again. Lastly he helped disconnect the wiring for lighting above cabinets. All these work was finished in less than 1 hour. I am very happy with the service and result.

Two technicians arrived on time and got right to work. Needed to cut the ceiling holes, install the electrical boxes, run the lines, assemble and install the ceiling fans. One had to crawl into the attic space; was a very hot, humid day. Outstanding workers, got the job done in 3-1/2 hours, and cleaned up the mess left by having to cut into popcorn textured ceilings. Even hauled away the packing materials that the fans came in.
Extremely happy with their work. Makes us wish we'd installed those fans years ago!

The owner sent Sergio, due to wife's birthday. Sergio was very good, professional. He finished in 2.5 hours. Very happy with the service.

Nick made contract- reddened work, gave me an estimate not to exceed, His service tech was onsite with zhds completed. Someday very accommodating and left his work place .

Requested an onsite quote back in July when I expected my new fixtures to be received within 1-2 weeks. Fixtures took forever so I didn't call to schedule the work until the week before Thanksgiving. Nick remembered the details of the estimate (incl that a lift was needed) and said they could be out right after the holiday --which worked fine for me.

Lance and Billy showed up right on time, and were polite and professional. Problems with the lift meant we had to reschedule and the guys felt awful. They offered to come out next day or whenever was convenient for me. Long story - short, they came back on Saturday morning and knocked it out of the park. They installed 3 pendant lights in my 20 ft ceiling exactly to my specifications, extended the chains, touched up the paint around the fixtures and installed a jbox in the pergola. They were on-time, fast, clean, professional and did great work. I highly recommend these guys and will call them for the next round of work.

He arrived on time, very courteous and thorough - he explained everything in detail as he did it and took into consideration my ideas and what I was comfortable with. After other estimates were submitted, they were in line and/or the most reasonable - but definitely the most responsive and professional!!
