Overall great experience. Appointment was made, he called day of, to confirmed appointment. He diagnosed the problem, explain them and gave an overview of his charges and options. He also explained financing should I choose replace the system. I immediately recommended him to family and friends.....

Charles was very responsive, fair, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and courteously. Above all,he was HONEST. I thought the fan motor was also out, but replacing the capacitor was all that was needed.

He's wonderful, he's very professional and knowledgeable of the work he was doing. I always stand there and watch and he did his work. He changed our capacitors and quite a few things that were not working properly. He was very personable and customer-oriented when he came out.

It went great. It only took 4 hours to do the whole install. He was friendly. He came Monday and gave me an estimate. Within 24 hours he had the whole thing installed. He had a crew to do the installation and he came out at the end to inspect the job.
