The crew, Christopher Garcia foreman, Justin Hill co-foreman, Austin, Frank and Hector were professional, respectful, courteous hard workers. I was really please the way they tackled a mortared brick flower bed to get to install the piers. They reassemble it perfectly. Chris was really great about answering all my questions and he explained the process thoroughly as I looked on during some of the installation. Clean up was well done. Job well done by all ."

Replaced that OLD sump pump cleaned out the trash in the well of the sump pump also. Installed the new one for a good price, he quoted me first before he started the job. I will call him again. "We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"Roto-Rooter sent out a technician named Freddy. Freddy was a well mannered and respectful gentleman who showed up early and worked quietly and efficiently to finish the job. He answered questions clearly. I recently hired another company to do simple work and they wanted far more, so I turned them down. Freddy discounted the faucet installation since he was already there to do the drain work. All work areas were left clean.

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."
