"I think their policy is a punitive one: to charge you $100 if you switch from recurring to one-time. I offered to pay the difference between a one-time fee and a recurring fee after I cancelled because I was dissatisfied. They stopped communicating with me when I asked that they remove their charge of $100 and they said that it was their policy to make the charge. I think this is a bad business practice, although it is their policy. So that is why I am not going to give them my business again. They can keep my $100, which I think is a punitive charge, but they will not get any more of my business."

This is safe to use on tile, laminate, wood, polished concrete, vinyl, and more, as it’s relatively neutral and lacks caustic and abrasive chemicals that could be harmful to children and pets. If you’re cleaning pee out of a memory foam mattress, swap out the hydrogen peroxide for white distilled vinegar, or call in a professional mattress cleaner to avoid doing damage to your mattress.
