I paid $21,000 for my whole home to be completed and I'm not even done paying them off and I am fuming!!!! The man that handles the claims (limmy [Provider Name Removed]) is extremely incompetent and told us twice he filed a claim for us and when I talk to the woman that answers the phone she has no record of it!! We had a whole conversation with him and he thought we were a totally different customer and just seemed so confused and kept saying he was the only one that handles claims and so we were patient for the first 4 month, but this has been going on since September and it is now March and there has been ZERO progress!!!!!"
