"Jerry came in to give an estimate for quartz kitchen counters on a Saturday and was ready to install the following Saturday! We also had him remove the old backsplash (we re going to DIY new tile) which saved a ton of work and mess. He and Arturo got the demo and new counters installed along with undercounter sink in about 4hrs. Beautiful work and right the first time =D. Highly recommend Heart of Stone for your project!"

"I was absolutely pleased with the work done by Joe's crew. Joe came out to look at my issue and was able to tell me what was wrong. The builder for my new home (~3years old) didn't install the shower correctly When they tore down the tile he was right and water came out from behind the tile. Joe and Kiki gave me suggestions on what I could do and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were friendly and nice. I liked the fact that they even seal the grout as part of the install. When I moved into my newly built home I had to seal the tile myself. It was nice that Joe has his own crew and doesn't contract out to someone else. He is very hands on and shows up at the work site to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with what's being done and don't have any questions or concerns about the work. He also makes sure his crew has what they need to complete the work properly and as quickly and efficiently as possible. "The installers were exceptional and the end results were great. The sales man went on vacation shortly after we paid for the hardwoods and installation and turned us over to someone in house who didn't always respond to my calls promptly. Regarding the carpet pad we wish we had picked a more premium higher grade pad but the salesman acted as if the medium grade would be cushy and it's not as plush as we prefer and gladly would have paid more for the plush pad. I would grade both the carpet installers and the hardwood installers an A and the salesman and front office a B - ."

"The whole process with Natural Stone Design was easy and professional. I am a commercial contractor, so there are some things that I look for when dealing with companies. At the top of the list is a clear understanding of cost structure. I recognize that companies need to make money I and I am not one to try and dicker over the cost of everything. Natural Stone is as transparent as possible. They will tell you right up front what there costs are for each level of granite. They then send you to their wholesaler where you will know the cost of the counters before you leave the wholesaler. Much better than going to the wholesaler and picking a granite just to find out later that it is way to far out of your budget and then having to redo the process.















In all phases, making the templates, fabricating the stone, keeping us informed of milestones that we needed to keep (ie making sure we had a sink, faucets, etc.) and installation, they keep their commitments.















I would highly recommend using them. We will as the next thing for us is the Master Bath and this where we are going to get counters.
