Only complaint is we installed some windows in 2019 a week before you switched to Pella. Now one of those windows is getting hazy and when you placed an order to replace the window they said it wouldn’t be ready until April 2023…this timeframe really isn’t acceptable since it is May 2022 now. Something else needs to be done about this."
