"Ramiro has done both a repair, a number of years ago, and a full roof replacement with ridge vent in June 2019 on my house. Originally he identified the source and fixed a small troublesome leak caused by a poorly done earlier job. Two other well-known companies quoted much higher prices and were not certain of the origin. When the need for a total replacement including chimney saddle replacement was eventually needed I did not hesitate to call Ramiro for the job. He is extremely knowledgeable, he has an impeccable work ethic, and delivers a top-quality product. He explains the job in great detail, provides a written estimate, and his rates are very reasonable. He also follows up the next year to check for any issues that might have occurred.
