Next Tuesday (2 days ago), he and a partner showed up promptly at 0830, Turns out, I also had a section of my roof being attacked by Carpenter Ants. I called my pest control service, and they came out and treated. Carlos and I adjusted the contract on the spot, (very fair again), and on day 2 he had expanded his crew, and proceeded to rebuild a section of my roof. Bottom Line: I found a reliable service that actually knew my roof, and got repairs done all within 1 week, at a fair price. C&R Roofing is not only on my short list for roof repair, they are my short list. If you have a roof issue, do yourself a favor, and at least give him a shot to give you a quote and talk to you about your roof."
