"He arrived on time, very nice guy, very helpful. I had forwarded him the couch fabric and he checked into the details to make sure his products would work. The couch looks amazing. The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well. Overall they turned out great.

I called Mark Masters at 3:30 PM and told them I had seen their disposal install special on Angie's List, and wanted to schedule their service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day between 10:00 AM and Noon. The next morning I received a text around 8:00 AM from Mark stating that an earlier appointment had cancelled and asking if they could come earlier. I said yes, the plumber (Seth) was at my house within 15 minutes, and the install was complete in about 30 minutes. Seth was clean cut and polite, the kind of guy you'd trust around your grandmother. No kidding. I plan on using Mark Masters Service Co. for all my future plumbing needs. I know this sounds like a commercial, it's not. They're just that good."

He was very responsive to questions and feedback and jumped on any issues we brought up. And his team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. "Super nice guys. Very eager to please. Did some things extra at no charge. He noticed and so had cemented a large stone step that had come loose, just to be nice. He even painted the workbench (unrequested).   Work done:  Replaced several 2x4s  that had rotted. Sprayed the area with anti-mildew product, then replaced damaged paneling, and painted those areas. Gave advice on some runoff drainage needed for the area.
