"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Called the main number, Marcus called back quick, sent pictures, installed new one and hauled off the old one by 230-3. Great Team. "Sales rep disappeared after contracts signed and didn?t annotate a part needed. This lead to labor having to return at a later date to install missing part. The work overall was beautiful but not perfect. Glass door doesn?t close perfectly. It not only clips a plastic strip on the wall that keeps water in the shower but a seperate seal on the bottom of the door is getting carved with every door open. Buyer beware!"

The addition was complicated needing extension of part of the roof, rerouting of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning. His crews did excellent work, and everything was organized and done with a high attention to details.
