"Cody responded to me quickly. They did a great job and spent time fixing a problem (connection with the city water system) that I didn't know was an issue. I will certainly use them again when I need a plumber. We, at some point, may be doing a bathtub and shower remodel. I highly recommend them!"

"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"We did quite an extensive home upgrade - moved plumbing, moved walls, changed ceiling and walls texture, added windows, and completely gutted the exterior garage to turn into a nice insulated workshop. Innovo Rennovations listened to everything we asked for and offered suggestions when needed. They are wonderfully flexible to work with and strive to deliver a quality product. We reported some things we were not happy with at the final walk through, but Kurt and team rallied everyone quickly to fix everything without any further issues. They stand behind the work, they deliver, and are great to work with."

"All of the individuals from the administrative staff taking the call to the diagnostic/sales rep and the installer's team were professional, communicative, and completed the job as soon as possible. Done in one day, no "we'll be back to finish". Would highly recommend their services to anyone."

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Before starting plumbing work in Sinton, confirm whether your property connects to the municipal sewer or a private septic system. Hire a licensed professional and secure all required municipal permits for major installations. Locate your main water shutoff at the street curb for emergencies. Schedule major outdoor projects during the fall or spring to avoid the extreme summer heat and humidity in South Texas.

Helpful?

Gather your municipal utility bills and account number to help a local professional track usage anomalies that indicate leaks. Document your exact water meter location near the street. Provide details about your slab foundation, original construction year, and any known pipe materials. If your TX property relies on a septic system, record the tank size and the exact date of your last pump-out.

Helpful?

Yes, completing functional plumbing updates significantly boosts resale appeal in the Sinton market. Buyers prioritize practical improvements over cosmetic changes. Fixing hard water damage, replacing aging galvanized pipes, and repairing slab leaks helps homes pass strict loan inspections. Documenting permitted work proves the improvements meet code, which provides tangible reassurance to buyers and removes major barriers during the real estate transaction in TX.

Helpful?

Your Sinton home is a prime candidate for plumbing updates if it was built before 1985. Older properties contain aging cast iron or galvanized pipes that degrade rapidly in the humid coastal environment. Look for visible white scale on fixtures from hard water, discolored water, or low pressure. Since most local homes sit on slab foundations, watch for warm floor spots indicating under-slab leaks.

Helpful?

As a new homeowner in Sinton, start by checking your water heater and pipes. The local water supply has high mineral content, which causes scale buildup and speeds up wear on fixtures. Because many local homes are older, inspect for galvanized steel pipes that corrode over time. Finally, insulate any exposed exterior plumbing to protect against unexpected hard freezes in this part of TX.
